Our Stop Smoking Process
This is how our process works. In your first session to stop smoking we will discuss hypnosis and any questions about it will be answered. We will then discuss your smoking habit and how we will use hypnosis to help you quit smoking. Importantly, we will discuss and examine reasons for your desire to stop smoking as well as the reasons you have continued to smoke such as a means of stress relief. We will also discuss your new freedom as a nonsmoker and how you would like to spend this new time. This is followed up with a powerful insight-based hypnosis session specially designed to help you kick the smoking habit for good. You will also be taught self-hypnosis to help reinforce the good work you will do during the session.
Our smoking cessation program is two sessions. You might stop or cut back dramatically after the first session. Many of our clients report that the second session is more powerful than the first session because it builds on what you have already learned with the addition of other insightful techniques and because we get better at hypnosis with practice.
Reasons to Use Hypnosis to Stop Smoking
Hypnosis is a tool that can help you, just like it has helped many other people, to take back control and stop smoking for good. Hypnosis has helped many people stop smoking when nothing else has worked. Hypnosis is safe and natural. By harnessing the power of your conscious and subconscious minds through hypnosis, you can create lasting change without the side effects that can occur in other stop smoking methods. We don’t just cover up your smoking habit with a bandage. By using insights while in hypnosis, we can change your thoughts and beliefs about smoking.
