Our Stop Smoking Process

This is how our process works. In your first session to stop smoking we will discuss hypnosis and any questions about it will be answered. We will then discuss your smoking habit and how we will use hypnosis to help you quit smoking. Importantly, we will discuss and examine reasons for your desire to stop smoking as well as the reasons you have continued to smoke such as a means of stress relief. We will also discuss your new freedom as a nonsmoker and how you would like to spend this new time. This is followed up with a powerful insight-based hypnosis session specially designed to help you kick the smoking habit for good. You will also be taught self-hypnosis to help reinforce the good work you will do during the session.

Our smoking cessation program is two sessions. You might stop or cut back dramatically after the first session. Many of our clients report that the second session is more powerful than the first session because it builds on what you have already learned with the addition of other insightful techniques and because we get better at hypnosis with practice.

Reasons to Use Hypnosis to Stop Smoking

Hypnosis is a tool that can help you, just like it has helped many other people, to take back control and stop smoking for good. Hypnosis has helped many people stop smoking when nothing else has worked. Hypnosis is safe and natural. By harnessing the power of your conscious and subconscious minds through hypnosis, you can create lasting change without the side effects that can occur in other stop smoking methods. We don’t just cover up your smoking habit with a bandage. By using insights while in hypnosis, we can change your thoughts and beliefs about smoking.

Benefits When You Quit Smoking

Quitting smoking also helps stop the damaging effects of tobacco on how you look, including premature wrinkling of your skin, gum disease, and tooth loss.

Each and every pack of cigarettes sold in the United States gives clear warnings from the Surgeon General. One such warning is: “Smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease, emphysema, and may complicate pregnancy.” By quitting smoking,  you can reduce those risks. • 1 year after quitting smoking, the excess risk of coronary heart disease is half that of someone who still smokes. Your heart attack risk drops dramatically.
  • 5 years after quitting smoking, your risk of cancers of the mouth, throat, esophagus, and bladder is cut in half. Cervical cancer risk falls to that of a non-smoker. Your stroke risk can fall to that of a non-smoker after 2 to 5 years.

Very professional, explains everything, and cares about helping you! I have been a smoker for 33 years and could not find that thing that would be successful in helping me quit. I gave my cigarettes to Paul to throw in the trash after the first session and have not smoked since. I did a second session to confirm my commitment to being smoke free and am very excited about my achievement. This would not have been possible without Paul’s assistance, THANK YOU SO MUCH PAUL!*

I was a 2-3 pack a day smoker for around 28 years. Paul had me quit after the first treatment and the follow up ensured I wont be starting back. He takes the mystery out of hypnosis and explains every step.of the way. For less than the price of my cigarettes for a month, I am now smoke free. Thanks Paul!!!
